According to a report Monday from On3’s Hayes Fawcett, 6-foot-3 wide receiver Cam Coleman is planning to hit the transfer portal after two seasons at Auburn.
The former five-star recruit immediately took over the #1 spot in On3’s Transfer Portal Rankings.
As a freshman in 2024, Coleman hauled in 37 receptions for 598 yards and eight touchdowns in 11 games. In 12 games this season, he had 56 catches for 708 yards and five TDs.
Coleman didn’t get nearly enough targets during his tenure at Auburn. He was also hampered by poor quarterback play from Payton Thorne in 2024 and Jackson Arnold in 2025.
When Auburn QB Ashton Daniels replaced Arnold and made his first start at Vanderbilt on Nov. 8, Coleman produced season-highs in receptions (10) and receiving yards (143) and had one TD catch.
In other portal news Monday, Florida EDGE Jayden Woods is going to be looking for a new school. Woods garnered Freshman All-SEC honors in 2025 after recording 28 tackles, five tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, one pass broken up and one interception.
Woods is the 21st Florida player to announce his intentions to hit the portal.
