After former ESPN D-Bag Pablo Torre reported that University of North Carolina head football coach Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, had been banned from the team’s facility, UNC shot down Torre’s claim by releasing a statement to The Athletic’s Chris Vannini.
“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities. Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.”
Torre reported that higher-ups in UNC’s athletic department had come to the decision to ban Hudson from the football field and facility.
Before the school released a statement, Andrew Jones of Tar Heel Illustrated initially pushed back on Torre’s claims.
Jones quoted a UNC source as saying, “Of course she’s not banned from the facility.”
The 73-year-old Belichick won six Super Bowls with the New England Patriots before being fired after the 2023 season. After sitting out last year, UNC hired Belichick to replace Mack Brown, inking him to a five-year contract worth $50 million.
He can potentially earn $3.5 million annually in additional incentives. The first three years of Belichick’s deal are guaranteed, while the fourth and fifth seasons are optional.
Belichick and the 24-year-old Hudson have been an item since 2023. They made national headlines two weeks ago when Belichick had an awkward interview on “CBS Sunday Morning” that featured Hudson interjecting to say, “He’s not talking about that,” when Belichick was asked how the couple met.

The Tar Heels have 150/1 odds to win the College Football Playoff. They share the sixth-shortest odds (+2000 or 20/1) with Duke to win the ACC Championship Game.
UNC has a season win total of 7.5 (‘under’ -114, ‘over’ -106), while quarterback Gio Lopez has 65/1 odds to win the Heisman Trophy.
Lopez landed in Chapel Hill after enjoying a stellar sophomore season for South Alabama in 2024. Lopez played in 11 games, completing 66.0 percent of his throws for 2,559 yards with an 18/5 touchdown-to-interception ratio.
He can also make plays with his legs, rushing for 463 yards and seven TDs while averaging 5.6 yards per carry.
