After 24 hours of chaos to start NBA free agency, activity has come to a halt while The Association awaits Kawhi Leonard’s decision on where he’ll sign a long-term deal.

The Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas took a bet on the Lakers for $10,000 at 7/4 odds last night. Then this morning, the betting shop adjusted Los Angeles to the even-money favorite to win the 2020 NBA championship.
Leonard is expected to make his decision at some point this week, perhaps in the next 24-48 hours. Unlike LeBron James and many other NBA stars, he’s not looking to hold any fancy press conference or draw all sorts of attention to himself.
Leonard will choose between the Lakers, Clippers and Raptors, who will get to make a final pitch to their star after he meets with the two teams that play at Staples Center.
Leonard led the Raptors to their first NBA title after being acquired in a trade with San Antonio last summer. Toronto has already re-signed Marc Gasol. Kyle Lowry, Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet are set to return, and Danny Green is reportedly waiting on Leonard’s decision before he decides whether to leave Toronto for other offers.
The Raptors currently have 14/1 odds to repeat.
Caesars took down the proposition bet with odds on where Leonard will land last night.
A quick search of several offshore books like 5Dimes, Sportsbook and BetOnline this morning showed that they had also taken props for Leonard down.
