NETeller Trial Continued Once Again...By Hartley Henderson

It has been confirmed that the trial against NETeller founders John Lefebvre and Stephen Lawrence has been put off once again. The proceedings which were stayed until April 27th have now been postponed until May 16th. It is uncertain why the proceedings have been continued for a 4th time, but the delays are causing uneasiness among Americans that are still anxiously awaiting the return of their NETeller funds. In late March, NETeller announced that it had worked out a deal with the U.S. Attorney?s Office to have funds returned to U.S. customers, but the announcement was vague, stating only that they would be able to provide more details on the return plan within 75 days. Many people were hoping that a quick resolution in the trial against Lefebvre and Lawrence would expedite the return of funds.
