Johnnyboy,

I was suprised to read this. I've dealt with the people that work there and they seem relatively happy.

One of the press releases indicated that they aquired a property in Surrey, BC for development. This would normally make me nervous because it's so different from their core business, but being involved with real estate in that area, the develpment (approvals etc.) should be very straight forward.

Able auctions non internet business has had great success in British Columbia and have basically taken over the market. If they can come anywhere close to duplicating that same success online it should be a slam dunk.

Based on what I've seen with the co., I may pick some up as a spec holding.

GL

Your right......when they bought the property....they general feeling of shareholders was shock. People just didn't understand....and we still don't. Real estate is not a bad investment so I kind of ignored it. What I do like is the fact that this company doesn't have any outstanding debt....for an internet co. thats pretty impressive. I've traded in and out of this stock for 2 years......two weeks ago these guys started really pumping out the headlines...more than they ever have before. It looks like this one may run a bit.....all the signs are there.

Realistically.....this one could make it to over a buck, I'm going to set my stop losses accordingly....but there really is a shot to double your money here.
