BG,

Futures point to a higher open ahead of the FOMC policy announcement at 2:15 ET.
The Fed is expected to leave the fed funds rate unchanged at 2.00%
(fed funds futures imply a 93% probability rates will remain unchanged).
Giving futures a boost this morning is a 1.9% drop in crude prices to $119.07per barrel.

Economic Reports:
ISM Services 10:00am(Eastern)
FOMC Policy Statements 2:15am(Eastern)

Going with UP on Tuesday,

Personally think that the DOW will get to 10,000 before it returns to 14,000.
