Their looking good and the Yankees have been a bit of a disappointment so far this season.
Still a long way's to go, but it looks like the Redsox's will be knocking at the door in October.

Continued $2 oil prices translates into inflation and higher % rates, which were headed up anyways.
Future earings being chipped away at. Takes some luster off future economic pickup.

going with Down on Tuesday

Lack of conviction the last few days has undermined confidence.
As the ole street saying goes "lose your opinion, not your money".

But Dow Chart MACD appears to be bottoming out. Like to see Dow rise above 20 day
moving average prior to resuming a more bullish stance.

Gold looking as if short term correction over. Good long term enty point ( 6 months and out)
With summer time around the corner , higher oil prices should prompt higher prices reports
in the months ahead and Middle East concerns, all bode well for AU.

Well done. It was actually good to see the Dow have a good day.
A less than expected Durable Goods number has sent futures slightly lower.
Perhaps some profit taking today.
Going with Down on Hump day.

Oil prices may pull back slightly, but US refinery bottlenecks and geopolitical uncertainty
should provide support.
US dollar appears to be bottoming out and entering a Bear market rally.
CRB up 90% since late 2001

Nasdaq tech sector will have increasing difficult time keeping pace with earnings
expectations.

EPS for 2004
1st Q......68%
2nd Q.....56%
3rd Q......36%
4th Q......22%

For 2005
19%

Had Boston -1.5 when McCarthy hit that 2 run shot in exta innings.
As Jackie Gleason use to day, "How Sweet It Is!!"[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

But today'sOpening may not be so sweet due to MidEast turbulance.
Market indicators point to a much lower Opening. Sometimes, early heavy
action one way flushes out support. Those that are going to sell will do so early,
leaving mostly buyers. If the market moves up enough, it could trigger a shortcovering rally.

Productivity numbers slightly better than expected. Intial claims inline with expectations.
Believe that OPEC will be increasing output. Oil above $40
Futures still down.

Going with DOWN on Thursday

ISM Services and Factory Orders due at 10am(eastern) could give the Market a lift.
