Why not the Dominican Republic?

I lived there for almost 2 years when I was booking sports. It is a very strong economy and from what I hear the strongest in Latin AMerica with respect to growth over the last 5 years. I hear that US dollar accounts are getting 10% tax-free and that local currency accounts for foreigners are getting 24% tax-free and it has been like this for a while. So what is stopping me from sending a big load of cash down there? Can someone look at this site that I am going to post here? Ascot Advisory Services

If i ever did go there to invest I can do it without Ascot's services but for you guys that are up to par on current events I need your opinion on putting money down there for a year.
