Default Premiership prices this week

Some interesting prices that I am going to take a shot on.

Arsenal 1.875 to beat Birmingham. Lauren out, besides that not much different about the squad than every other week. FA Cup next week, but I dont think that really factors.

Chelsea 2.10 to beat Newcastle. Whats this all about. Chelsea 2.10 to Newcastle? Shearer back. Kluivert, Carr, Bowyer, Dyer all out. Chelsea missing John Terry, Robben and Duff. Did the bookies forget that Chelsea have the strongest squad in the league. Last day of the season, they want to win.

Fulham 2.75 to beat Norwich. If this wasnt the last day of the season whts the price for this game? Norwich favoured on the road???

Man U 2.50 to beat Southampton. Ok so they havent been playing well, but the third team in the league is playing Southampton without Crouch, and they are only 2.50????

My estimates:-

Arsenal 1.70
Chelsea 1.85
Fulham 2.20
Man U 2.50

All of these scream value to me.

2-2 but you win the juice. Well done!

(Baggies escape so Shawn is in a very good mood today...)

Shawn talks about himself in 3rd person like Rickey Henderson now? Must've been a really good day!

As you say Shawn 2-2. Thought Fulham was a winner but 6-0 didnt see that coming, still the 2.75 was a little bit ridiculous for a Home team against Norwich.

Dont understand the way the books altered the prices for these games. Nearly every team has something to play for, an extra place up means an extra half a million for the clubs, so still lots of incentive to play.

I seen the pirze money for the English leagues and the difference between the EPL and Championship is mind blowing, I knew it was big, but woah. 1st in EPL won 9.6ish million. 1st in Championship wins around 60 k.

Who'd have thunk West Brom? In hinsight, playing Portsmouth was probably a little bit of an advantage, do you think if Brom were winning and Southampton down, Portsmouth were going to put any effort into the end of the game.

So the end of another season, already looking forward to next year. Still theres the FA cup next week, Cmon the Arsenal.

Good one, Dingle. What a lucky day for West Brom, eh? Gotta feel sorry for Southampton, always liked that team and would have preferred to see WBA take the plunge instead. Oh well, that's football I guess!

Well,
Nothing I can do about it-other than to congratulate Shawn and the rest of baggies fans.
Another black eye for us Wolves fans.At the moment-WBA is both bigger and better than us.Still, there´s always next season and Hoddle has got us back on track IMO.We´ll be back!
I really felt for Palace.I think Iain Dowie has done a tremndous job with that squad, and it was real close that AJ on his own kept Crystal Palace up.
Redknapp goes out with Soton.I didn´t thought that would happen when they got him.I have great respect for Harry Redknapp as manager. They´ll be tough for us to handle next season.I for one will not welcome Henri Camara back though.
Canaries just fell apart at the worst possible moment, not that surprisingly. They hasn´t been able to play away.

Next seasons top-two in Coca Cola.
1.Southampton
2.Wolverhampton Wanderers(always an optimist!)

I like Harry, he's a great manager. So sad to see Southampton go, but I'm sure they'll be at the top of the League Championship next year... or at least get automatic qualification.
