Default Curious: Who on USA was whistled for controversial foul?

I was still searching around on the net, and couldnt find who Koman Coulibaly called the foul on in the USA/Slovenia game...

So who on the USA "supposedly" commited the foul?

After the game, the former American player turned announcer, Eric Wynalda called for an investigation Coulibaly, arguing that the referee blew the whistle almost all the pieces together and the U.S. seems to want to end the game evenly.
