Default Brasil Semi finals

I saw Kuerten defeat Mello, and was disappointed with him. He is defending his title, here on his home ground and he will need to be better than this to beat Schuettler who seems to want a Masters place
Schalken has got through some tight squeeezes, and certainly has some class, but what is going on with him? Etlis on the other hand held his nerve and took out a determined Carlsen

I hope Kuerten is favourite, because I want to be with Schuettler at +125 or better
I'm sure Schalken will be favourite, and will be looking for as +500 (or better) if I can get it for
Etlis

So will the dogs meet in the final?

I am with both dogs from what I've seen so far
Best current offers +100 Schuettler +350 Etlis

schalken should win the tourney
sjeng bt rainer at usopen easily just a couple of weeks ago.

railbird mentioned something about schuettler having a small injury of some kind.

I missed getting any bets on the brazil matches yesterday and am very suprised to see carlsen was a fave vs etlis! missed out on some $ there

What did you think of the way Sjeng has been playing throughout the tournament?
Winning counts . But have you felt he has been scrappy and missed a more flowing approach that he usually has?

I have thought him less organised in his approach than usual, and I do think that at -625 he is a very poor bet.
I have just bet on him being beaten at +625 at Betfair He is a -400/450 chance as I see it and as such I consider it worthwhile to oppose him. Nevertheless I appreciate your comment and welcome any more you may have

Etlis retired. I didn't see the match, so I'm inclined to think it was a massacre from the scoreline. Very different from my line!!

But Kuerten was not good enough to beat even an injured Schuettler and I was right about that

I think the past record tells us who will win this tournament....but I was not impressed by the tennis I saw him play
