if your still interested, the places you are playing into deny you los al because of an agreement between the book, and the california horsemen.

we are not binded by this agreement, therefore it would be perfectly legal for you to play los al out of your state.

Timmy, sorry for the delay. I was on vacation for a week. I'm not sure if the reason you gave is correct as far as the reason for me not being allowed to wager. I can wager on all California races and all over the country for that matter. The one exception is Quarter Horse Racing. Regardless of the reasoning, if it is legal, I would like to set up an account with you.

Do you take Balmoral? Do you take the pick 9 for a dime? I just got off the phone with the person that runs my local simulcasting and he said they won't offer it because he doesn't think enough people will play it, and it is a pain to set up wagers that are for .10 After letting him know how much I would be playing, he said he will try and have it fixed by Sat, but who knows.

What is the fastest way to deposit money and how long will it take to set up an account?

the explaination i got was that the chrb did not want 1/4s interfering with their t/breds so they made this deal with those certain facilities. apperently, foxwoods, which is who we are carrying los al through is not involved in this deal. this makes anyone, regardless of where you're from, other than california or new jersey, legal to play los al through us.

what i need from you is a fax number so i can send you along one of our incredibly simple applications. i say this because it is basically a way for us to validate that our players are not from nj or cal.

i'll also send you the deposit methods as well.

I thought the same thing but I called Balmoral and talked with someone in there office and he told me they want all tracks to take it and that they sent out a memo asking other tracks to do so. The guy I talked to from xpressbet said he didn't think it would get bet enough for him to set up the system to take it. I told him that when the pool is $216.34 he is right, but when it gets over 30 dimes people will play.

i was told by my hub that the system would not be capable of setting up a .10 wager.

i think that balmoral would welcome as much money in the pool as they can get, but it just isn't cost efficient for some outfits to expand their system to handle a wager that might be around slightly longer than the super bet was.
