Default Anyone with a bodog poker account and a funded neteller account?

Hi all,
I have been reading this forum for a while but never have posted. I appreciate all the good insight I have gained from reading the posts here and would like to first of all say thanks to all the contributors.

I opened an acount at bodog sports to play poker and have been lucky enough to win a good chunk of change. When I tried to withdraw some I was told I have to wait upto 7 business days for my check to clear because I originally used my checking account to fund $300 to play poker with. I really could use some of the money now and was wondering if anyone would like to send me soem money via neteller and I could "lose" it to them at the poker tables? Minus a fee of course for the help. I would pay 1000 at bodog for 900 neteller. If this is to crazy I understand and I apologize just trying to find a way to get some cash today! Thanks again all and if anyone has any other ideas please let me know. Take care all.

I'm not 100% sure of how the e-check deal works, but I'll go out on a limb here. Bodog is essentially giving you credit for a check that hasn't cleared yet. If there ends up being a problem with it, like, oops, i accidently was one number off when I gave them my acct number, well, that means you were playing on their nickle.

And if you won on their nickle, and any little thing about your check raises red flags.. say NSF, well then, that's a deal breaker.

A person would have to be nuts to go to the poker room and let you dump chips to him in exchange for sending them cash via neteller. Not to mention chip "laundering" for any reason is illegal and might cost whomever may go for a deal like this greatly.

Am I missing something here?

They are going to have to close that loophole.

Every sportsbook with a poker room is vulnerable to this scam.

Could see this happening a lot with confederates in place.

Don't let players play in the poker room until the funds clear.
The sportsbook is ok because the book can't lose the funds.
They just face the old "check will clear if the bets win, won't clear if the bets lose scam."

Betting exchanges face the same deal as the poker rooms.

Wouldn't it be other players who had real funds at risk that get ripped off rather than the site which only collects rake?

Well, except there's always the bonus and ref factor.. bodog had some strong promo's over wsop.
