ipoker isnt no different than any internet site. they are all rigged obv guys. why wouldnt they be. most unregulated illegal third world business are crooked .

i'm going to have to give up online poker. Other than betfair and wspx which happen to both be independent, I don't think any of the big poker networks are on the up and up. here's why.

first with party poker, they are always offering me free money to play if i haven't played for a while there. eg. $50 free money just log into the account click the code and it will be put in your account to play with. i go in and everybody plays like idiots raising all in with 2-8 and such. what i think is that most of the accounts are ghosts or these free accounts like mine which means the sucker who actually deposits there has no chance of winning. party knows none of the people they advanced the money to will be able to meet the rollover requirement so they let them go nuts with phantom money while the real $$ go to the company.

ipoker - both centrebet and bet365 assure me the software is done by rng. so what? there is no way aces can come on the flop as much as they do and know why high cards complete as many rivers as they do. my guess is that they use a rng but that it is programmed in such a way that low pairs and those trying for medium straights and such have no way of completing them. poker sites can easily write an algorithm that asks for a number within a given range. so they can write a weighted algorithm that ensures that low cards come up very infrequently on the turn and if 2 cards of the same suit come on the flop that the last suited card has a much higher weight than other cards.

pokerstars and full tilt poker - similar to party poker. these guys make money based on volume but again they offer megabonuses with huge rollover requirements to people. so they ensure their money back from those they bonus while the sucker who pays into the site loses. also you don't think ivey, ferguson and all those guys on tv are working for free? they have those guys go in and screw the paying customers in the big tourneys and cash games, take a percentage and get free advertising. if they lose who cares it isn't really their money.

absolute poker and ultimate bet. how is this place still around? they proved themselves as cheaters and people still bet there? if you went to a casino and played roulette only to find out the wheel was rigged to make sure players couldn't win would you still go there? pt barnum said there's a sucker born every minute - absolute poker proved it.

ipoker is the worst. they are the only ones now that operate a network with different sportsbooks so they can cheat in any way they want and know that nobody will know or care.

I was curious since everyone who emailed me seems to guarantee sit and gos are fixed and that bad cards are never dealt on the river at some sites. So I watched 15 straight hands at a $10 +$1 sit and go and 15 hands at a $20 +$2 sit and go at bet365.com which is iPoker. Here were the rivers for each.

I haven't had any problems with PokerStars so far, really. There was one hand where I believe I had the better hand and my opponent got paid off, but that was only once and I can't be 100% sure it even happened.

I generally only play tournaments. Personally I don't mind bad beats so much as long as they are earned. Let me explain

I have say AA bet 3x pot everyone folds to bb who calls.

flop is 2 7 J with 2 spades. I go all in, bb calls who has 2 spades, turn or river is a spade and he wins. My bad in that case - could have raised a little more pre flop or should have been more cautious with the 2 spades, no one to blame but myself.

Here is a typical hand at ipoker in these tournaments.

I have AA bet 3x pot, guy next to me calls, guy next to him raises 2x, small blind raises 4x, bb calls, I go all every other one calls. Guy next to me has AK, guy next to him 55, sb shows 28 unsuited bb shows 4-5 unsuited.

flop comes out 2-3-8 turn is 6 river is another deuce.

As bad as those beats are what pisses me off is these idiots going all in with the worst of garbage and getting paid off. And I'm convinced because these type of ridiculous wins are the rule rather than the exception there, no one ever folds and the tournament become unplayable because you're always up against 4 or 5 callers with junk of which one will almost always luck out and if you don't call every so often you get blinded out.
