Big swing in the odds to win for Biffle and Kenseth at Oly probably becuase of Stewart more than likely going to get out of his car at some point in the race and he will be starting at the rear of the field since Rudd is scheduled to qualify the car.

Johnson to share with Wimmer..for a while: Dover International Speedway has only 42 pit stalls, and since #48-Jimmiw Johnson is starting 42nd on the grid after spinning out on his qualifying lap, Johnson must share a pit stall with #4-Scott Wimmer, who is starting 43rd. "We were pretty excited afterwards," Johnson said about the spin where he amazingly kept the car from hitting the wall. "Shortly thereafter, we found out we had to share a pit stall, and the smiles went away." Most tracks have 43 pit stalls, but Dover does not. Once a pit stall opens up from a car that has dropped out of the event, Johnson can choose to move to the open pit stall or tell Wimmer's team to move. If both Johnson and Wimmer are on the lead lap when the caution comes out, the highest positioned driver will get to pit first. "We've just got to make the most of it and stay ahead of the 4 car [of Wimmer]," Johnson said. "I would assume the first chance we have to separate, we will do whatever we can. We'll split up as fast as we can." Usually when teams share a pit stall, it's two teams low in points and does not create a big stir. But with Johnson being the point leader, the issue has been thrown into the spotlight. "It's tough for me to believe that in today's world of racing, they can't modify pit road and adjust pit road for 43 cars to have their own pit stall," Johnson said. "I just wasn't aware of it. It just doesn't give anybody a fair shot." Wimmer said he hopes the Morgan-McClure team can use the situation as a learning experience. "Just pitting with those guys, we'll learn a lot about pit strategies and things like that," Wimmer said. "It might end up helping us out. But it's going to be interesting the first few stops because there are going to be times where they will want to come in and we will want to come in, too. Unfortunately, that's what happens when you qualify bad." Wimmer said he will be considerate considering Johnson is the point leader, but if he is ahead of Johnson, he plans on coming in with the lead-lap cars and make Johnson pit later. We definitely don't want to ruin his race, but we've got to get ourselves up to the top 35 in points so we don't have to rely on qualifying so much," Wimmer said

all for 3x

Johnson over Martin +1.80
Mayfield over Biffle +2.80 Biffle wrecks alot, need a stop and go penalty or some chit like that.

Newman over Gordon -1.05
Sadler over Earnhardt +1.45

Jarrett over Truex +1.70 - I know Jarrett is a lame duck, but Truex was about the same in practice and Truex is Truex. Think this one should be closer to pick.
Jarrett is 8-4 on the year vs Truex. Hope to win 25 to 28 or something like that.

Burton over Kurt Busch -1.10 - this looks too easy. I make Burton -1.50.
Have no idea why this is only -1.10.

Earnhardt Jr +1.50 vs Gordon - Value play only. only slight edge here in my opinion. Gordon is not the Gordon of old. Jr is normally chit in practice and improves alot during the race. Will probably be losing this one all day, but might get by near the end.

Martin -1.60 vs Busch, Kurt - Martin alot less likely to have a problem and if they both finish Martin should be ahead.

Truex +1.90 vs Kyle Busch - Busch said he was mediocre in practice. Truex not in Busch's league, but Busch probably wrecks 30%, and might win head up.

Sorenson +1.70 vs Mears - Mears was good in practice but so what. Mears blows at shorter tracks. 1 good career finish at Dover.

As Chris Berman might say:
Mark "My Favourite" Martin.

2un @ 8-1

adding:
Winning car number under 23.5
1un @ -175 (an awful lot of guns against 24 and 99)

No excuses, just bad handicapping( -1755.04). I'm still ahead for the year. I'm pretty sure the 2 car opened at sportsbook.com at 12/1. It seems that the 16 was bet very heavy pre-qualifying and several odds changed, including the 2 going to 30/1. I bet 20 to win 600 and logged off the internet. Went back about 3 or 4 hours later, still 30/1, bet another 20. Anyway, on to Pocono.
