Default Phoenix - Checker Auto Parts 500

Taking some different drivers this week.

Earnhardt Jr 10/1 (Waltrip finished 2nd in the car he is using, therefor must be a great car)

Jeff Burton 25/1 - 3rd in the spring, Wins in 00 and 01 at Phoenix, top tens 2 of last 3 races and 9th at New Hamphshire

Rudd 40/1 - Only 2 races left to blow money on this retiring stiff. Will probably have his Martinsville car which had chances.

Harvick - 45/1 won with the car he is using at Bristol. Was running top 5 in the spring before running out of gas. 4th in 04 at Phoenix. All in the same car

Vickers - 20/1 Led most laps in the spring, coming in 5th.

This is more than a great car

OLD FAITHFUL: The Budweiser team will use Chassis #10 this weekend, which has finished second or better in each of the last three races at PIR. This is the same car that carried Dale Jr. to both his Phoenix victories (2003 and 2004), leading a combined 205 of a possible 627 laps. Earlier this year, DEI teammate Michael Waltrip drove it to a runner-up finish with 23 laps led.

I bet Jr at 12/1 at VIP for the limit when the odds came out on Tuesday and he is down to 7/1 now

Stewart over Johnson in qualifying available at a few places.

Think Stewart is about 60% to win this one.

Season is winding down so I took a shot with what was left in my Oly account. I had about 4 units there so I bet it all on Kyle Busch at 16-1. I too like(d) Jr and there is no doubt this is a great car he is bringing. But after the season he has had, 10-1 is not enough even though he is reunited with Eury Jr and what not.

I'll try the 99. 2units @ 7-1 (Bet365)

I like 18ov31, but it looked better at +130 than +121. Maybe. Would have liked to take each of these guys against some of the chalkers at big plus money.

Roush Racing's Geoff Smith said on Speed Channel's NASCAR This Morning that Busch has been suspended from Roush Racing for the final two races at Phoenix and Homestead, Kenny Wallace is in the car at Phoenix, no word on who will drive the car at Homestead.(11-13-2005)

Wow.
I know most books have rules for a driver being replaced after the race starts, but this?
Probably a flat out loss for backers of a 7or8 to 1 car?? 97 is a "field" car now??

No way it should be a loss IMO Hup. I just read Las Palmas rules and it does not address it and neither does Pinny. But Las Palmas refunded the bets as did Autobet which is as per the rules there.

Chillin, nice bet!

The only m/u I had with Busch involved was ruled, no action, by Pinny. As I would expect it to be.
