Like the Kahne pick, Crony. Each way at 20/1.
I'm also on Edwards at 9/1.

Understand the Edwards play, correlation of Pocono.
Thing i don't get is why they are not bringing their Pocono car to Indy.

I was hoping to get 10 on edwards. He usually does not qualify well so i think tomorrow afternoon will have better prices, but agree pretty strongly in principle that Edwards is a good play this week.

There is a race matchup up on Edwards +1.50 or so vs Johnson.

That looks like a gift to me.

Ya what a joke.

At least they can't call phantom cautions anymore to keep Jr on the lead lap.

i love the way Jr. talks shit about Nascar basically every interview, accusing them of caution-making usually , as he did this week... i think theyve given up on him, as long as he doesnt say "fuck shit goddamnit" theyre letting him trash them.. haha

he's got a free pass for being an Earnhardt.. the whole thing is stupid anyway in regards to it being a "fair" race... i mean with all the caution shit you can never get ahead like you do in a motorcycle race... they should just make the whole race 5 laps. then do 50 races. see who wins the most.

Montoya screwed himself (and his team for that matter). Then the toys came flying out of the pram. What a professional!

Apparently he can go 60mph on pit lane and was clocked at the exit at 60.04mph.

Tell me if it was Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon or Earnhardt Jr they would have penalized them.

Pit speeding penalties are not subjective. They're electronically scored.

Also, the official limit is 55 at Indy. They give the drivers a 5mph buffer because the cars don't have speedometers and have to rely on the tach. Why the hell would you push the envelope with 5 second lead?

my issue is with the strictness of the rule, you're right it's an electronic thing, but shit to screw up the outcome of a race due to this is dumb.. there should be a light that goes off or whatever and then a guy who decides whether to throw the penalty..

this rule was put in place to keep people from getting murdered by guys flying thru the pits, the fact is that 60.04 doesnt matter compared to 60.00 safety wise.. i felt sorry for Montoya, im sure Nascar liked it though... anything to get all the drivers bunched up near the end they love..

No arguments there but I guarantee you if it was Jr or Johnson they wouldn't have penalized him. Besides as I understand it NASCAR provides the teams with some sort of gizmo that monitors the speed and if it stays green then the driver is good. Montoya said he watched it all the way down pit lane and it never changed to red. Other drivers said the device is faulty also with similar complaints. Tell me that you're certain that Johnson, Jr etc. never went over the speed limit on pit lane, or is it Nascar just ignored it?

I also find NASCAR is very inconsistent in their rules. Last year Regan Smith was pushed below the yellow line at Talladega and beat Stewart and they disqualified him for passing under the yellow line. The exact same thing happened this year with Kyle Busch and they said there was no infraction because he was pushed below the yellow line. If rules are rules as you say then any driver that goes below the yellow line for any reason should be disqualified.
