I thought that Vitor won that fight, taking the first 2 RDs. He broke Tito's nose pretty badly. Tito finished strong though, and I'm sure the powers that be at Zuffa wanted another Ken VS Tito match to inflate their future income.

I had a feeling Tanner would win, and if I had more expendable income I would have put at least $100 on him. He is very experienced. Look for both Terrell and Diaz to improve after every fight. They are both still very young and green.

after watching UFC 51 a few times now, some things kinda bothered me about some of the fighters.

I am now even more convinced that Vitor won the fight, but what was up with those shorts? That gave Tito something to grab onto and was the only reason he got the takedown in RD 1. Wear something else for God's sake. At first thought, I was wondering how he gassed so badly. But I think just about anyone would gas after throwing about 200 punches as hard as they can. That thing at the end where Tito ran up to the top of the stadium was the dumbest shit I've ever seen. Vitor won.

Evan Tanner- cut your f'n hair dude. How he got out of the guillotine with that 'do (more like a 'dont) I'll never know, but he was tough to survive and still have the wind to pummel Terrel against the fence. That choke was pretty tight for a good 30 seconds.

James Irving- apparently fights with his hands at his waist. The chick I'm dating really likes this guy, maybe he should be a male stripper or something.

ok, end of rant. very good event overall. I was most impressed with Arlovski who grows with each fight. he will CRUSH Mir IMO.

I think vitor won as well. I also think Big John fuked him by bringing them back 2 their feet in RD 2.

true... true.

BJM is pretty good, but he's also a puppet for the UFC's agenda. Bas/TK is another ex of inappropriate ref intervention.
