Would have been easily the best card of all-time if they didn't sign the Herring and Goodridge bouts.

Goodridge +105
Busta -140
Rampage -120
Nog +200

I actually prefer the bloody fights. I've got the fast forward ready for the Hollywood/Busta fight Zzzzzzzzzz

Bobish -145
Hollywood +100 are great straight bets
Busta can't sub Dan and Gary is only good at fukking up shitty jap opponents

Herring -500
Randleman -240 are great for parlays, as each wins his fight 9 out of 10 times IMO

Cro should deliver the first TKO loss to Mino, but -240 is too rich even for parlays. Mino's TDs are so terrible that I don't know how the hell he plans on getting him to the mat. This line suprises me because they were at a pk the first time they were supposed to fight. The last event must have made a big impression.

I don't think it's the best card ever for its time, that would have to be the 1st Pride Grand Prix with Coleman, Kerr, Sak etc. but this may turn out to be the best event ever, as long as something actually happens in the Busta fight.

Not sure why you don't think Busta/Hendo will be a great fight. Hendo's been in some incredibly exciting fights, and Busta is probably the best P4P figther in the world. His fight against Rampage was a classic.

I think this is much better than the first Grand Prix. Talk about boring....that would be any fight with Kerr or Coleman. Bleh.

it wasn't the best event ever, I said it was the best card ever for its time.

Busta/Rampage was pretty boring IMO. and this fight will be the same. Dan on top of Busta who is tying him up and not letting him do anything. and since it's almost illegal for Dan to lose by decision unless he gets totally outclassed, he'll win after regulation.

This will be an exciting card...Period.

Busta is an excellent fighter. He handled himself perfectly when he fought Rampage.

As far as the GP goes, I still say Liddell to win. If the Iceman can't get through Rampage and Rampage wins that bout, Jackson will win the tourney (If it's a stand-up fight). Although I love Wanderlei, I don't think he can handle the shots the either Chuck or Rampage can and/or will land.

All-in-all, this really is a tough call. I may be wrong and if I am, I'll admit it.

Silva is the best striker of the 4. I predicted him to win because I thought an injured Yo was the easiest first opponent but at +170 I didn't like the bet. Odessa won the UG pool. Aren't I glad I'm not in on it LOL

I have to say that these results are pretty crazy. Sak over Randleman by sub is the weirdest thing I've heard in a while. I think KR's last sub loss was against Barreto in like 97. I know Busta is an "excellent fighter", but he has had some of the most boring matches in the history of MMA. Sounds like Dan pushed the action and got the stoppage.

Great event, all the fights were exciting (save for the first two rounds of Sak/Randleman, and the Herring Yamamoto fight, which wasn't shown on the PPV).

Sak coming out as Super Mario was hilarious. Great to finally see him get a quality win, even though he fought another guy who was 15+ lbs bigger than him.

Hendo/Busta was dissapointing. If they fought 75 more times, I doubt there would be another 50 second TKO. Have to give credit to Hendo though.

Yoshida's performance will finally get most of the haters off his back. Gutsy performance and he gave Silva more problems than Rampage or anyone else in recent memory.

Nog can take a punch/kick better than anyone else I've seen.

Including the overall production, this was the best MMA event I've watched, well worth the PPV cost.

damn, I should have waited for the tape but my 3 bootleggers all seem to be MIA. my friend gave away Silva as the tourney winner so I said fuk it and checked the rest. I agree that Busta would normally last a lot longer, I thought this would be a dec win for DH. Bobish is pretty pathetic to lose to GG that fast.... LOL. Gary is hard to figure out. it seems like he doesn't really give a shit if he wins or loses, so it provides mixed results. but at least he's usually very entertaining. I'm happy to see Mino win but I don't care to watch him fight Fedor again, the first one wasn't too easy on the eyes. yikes! I felt bad for him.

I was wrong... and I am admitting it. Silva rules Pride. I'd now like to see a Silva/Couture matchup.

Gary G : Probably...my opponent was a bitch. It seems that my fist, not my finger went into his eye.
