Not going to make a big deal out of this. Good week, but I won $0. Never turn your hairy back on this stupid, silly league. You can go from 7-3 to 1-9 as fast eddylove as Drew Brees can throw another touch against the Lions. Won week down, sixteen to go. Historically, I struggle in September and December. October and November is when I bust a move. September because I am not an offseason and preseason wonk. Takes me a few weeks to have a feel for the teams. December I struggle because I start making grudge bets against teams and players who screwed me threwout the season. Fuck you Steelers. Fuck you Big Ben. So October and November is Winning Time is Dell Time. The fact I put up a 7-3 week won therefore is outstanding. I hit 60% in Sept when I usually post 50% or less would be HUGE and possibly set up a Bless You Dell championship run...

Little insight on my strategy. Dog plays get pushed to top. And I want to avoid huge public plays. Example is Pats and Bolts tonight. If they don't cover, I win as half the field gets an L, and I don't have to risk losing myself. Squares taking a bubble bath since Sunday night. This will be 1-3. Only Packers fluke cover a win. Hopefully, Al Davis and the under hits...

Excellent. Raiders and under Michael Cashes. 2-6 for the squares since Sunday night. 36th place versus probably 70th if squares went 6-2.

I will be playing Lions again. Was thinking anything 7 or higher. It's 9.5/10. Ridiculous #. If they start 0-3 sides and ATS, then fuck them and see you back at 0-16. 10 points at home? If they are even somewhat competitive, that is a joke. That's a college football line of top twenty versus cupcake.

Would like to keep it going at 7 or above. Could have been bettor, could have been worse. Lions and Bucs could have went 1-0-1. Even the Fish could have covered. But I got too backdoors with Jags and Skins and the field got smoked 2-6 late games. Got a good score down, now it is time to climb 35 spots. No hurry. Probably some asshole goes 35-5. Just have to be patient and keep bringing it each and every week. Eventually, I will be top dog.

All these 3's. Going to monitor and wait - possibly all the way to Sunday. Contest lines are updated every morning. I will know whether any game goes on or off the three. If won moves against me, lock in. Moves for me or stays same, hold. I have the advantage because contest lines move AFTER regular line. Real bet, I wouldn't do this. Just pounce. But I am not giving up an inch this contest. Could be the diff between win and a push or push and a loss. 3 is the keyest number of them all...

I'm not playing any of these threes. This could backfire if the teams I was going to bet cover and I lose the replacement bets. Or it could be brilliant strategery if I run the tables and a bunch of these end as pooshes. For the record, I like:

Raiders +3
Faguars -3
Broncos -3
Steelers -3
Ravens +3
Gints +3
Colts -3

I doubt any move my way with a hook, but I'll wait. Also waiting to get +10 with Lyons and +6.5 with Panthers. Going to have to do that side and total thing again to get to ten. Always a risky thing. 0-2 a pos possibility...

Couple lines really jump out: Pats -3.5 and Iggles pickem. So just because Pats had a bad night on Monday, they are basically a fg fave over a bad team with a rookie quarterback? And a team they have pasted the last ate years in New York. Ok. Patriots will be on my card. And since when are the Saints a great road team? Certianly not since last year. McMonkey not playing but the Iggles defence is. Brees will not toss six touches. McMonkey was not needed last week in a blowout win. Won't be needed this week either. Iggles will be on my card.
