Adult film star Chloe Jones died of liver failure while awaiting a transplant at age 29. Born Melinda Dee Jones, she appeared in both Playboy and Penthouse Magazines as well as a number of adult films. Ms. Jones had a history of medical problems including epilepsy, kidney and liver illness. It is not known for sure if the massive amounts of prescription medicines she had to take played a part in her rapid decline in health. In addition to her work in the adult film industry, Ms. Jones appeared on such mainstream TV shows as "Baywatch," "Edenquest," "Diagnosis Murder" and "Full Frontal Comedy."

"Apparently Miss Jones had a bad habit of drinking vodka and wild turkey and eating over half a dozen vicodins, no less than 500mg, and this habit lead to her demise. Word has it she’s had this habit for a long time, well back into her young teens. Upon taking her industy required hiv and blood tests, it was discovered that she had pretty much destroyed her liver. Such a sad tale about a pretty girl, but it is not the first nor the last.

Chloe had a problem with seizures from the extreme amount of vicodin poison in her system, and claimed she was an epileptic. She had quit doing porn and was only involved in dancing in clubs and escorting the past two years due to this. Eventually Miss Jones had trouble working in the industry due to her extreme habits, and could nto show up sober enough to work at shoots. This is bad because once the word is out about a girl and she is over the edge with her habits, director’s will not hire her and she will be left deep throating black cock for a couple bucks if she’s desperate enough for work. She used to show up habitually late for Vivid shoots, and would refuse to perform certain acts. So Chloe was left to escort work, however she didn’t have much luck in that area either."
