TMZ has learned that a federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order Friday, prohibiting the distribution of Paris Hilton's lurid belongings -- at least, many of them.

Bardia Persa purchased a storage bin full of Hilton's stuff from a third party after the storage bill went unpaid and the storage company auctioned her belongings off for $2,775. The people who bought Paris' belongings sold it to Persa for a reported $10 million. Persa then allegedly created ParisExposed.com, a subscription site which is burning up the Internet.

The belongings reportedly include shocking photos and tapes, including evidence of drug use and graphic sex. There is also highly sensitive medical information.

Friday's injunction prohibits Persa from temporarily peddling Paris' health information, Social Security number, phone numbers, addresses, banking and financial information and "photographs, videos, and writings depicting Plaintiff in a sexual manner not previously exposed to public viewing." The injunction also prohibits Persa from peddling Paris' "name, voice, photograph, or likeness in connection with any website, whether under the domain http://www.parisexposed.net or otherwise, in connection with the offer or sale of any good (sic) or service without Plaintiff's consent."

Hilton's high-powered celebrity lawyer, Howard Weitzman, filed suit against Persa for copyright infringement and invasion of privacy. Persa has been ordered into court on February 16, to explain why the injunction should not be extended.

Preliminary injunction isn't a tough thing to get. Getting it to become a permanent injunction is a much higher hurdle

TMZ has confirmed that Paris Hilton violated the terms of her probation last night when she was arrested for driving on a suspended license, and could spend up to 90 days in jail as a result.

Another Paris Driving Mishap




Paris Hilton and virgins don't seem to mix well. The star went to the Virgin Megastore in West Hollywood to pick up some DVDs last night at around 10:30, when she was stopped by the cops -- and her $200K 2007 Bentley Continental GTC Convertible was towed away.

Paris' publicist, Elliot Mintz, tells TMZ the heiress was exiting the parking structure which "is brightly lit so she had not noticed that her headlights were not activated." As she drove a few blocks, she was confronted by other bright lights -- those of the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies tell TMZ Paris was speeding down Sunset Blvd. without headlights. She was pulled over and deputies discovered she was driving with a suspended license. According to Mintz, "If that was the case, she was not aware of it."

Last month Hilton pled no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving. TMZ is checking to see if her license was suspended as part of her sentence. If so, she could have violated probation.

Paris was cited and her 2007 Blue Bentley was impounded. Just another day in the life.

One month into her thirty-six month probation for DUI, Paris was pulled over by police in February who then discovered she was driving with a suspended license. For that offense, Paris could face up to 90 days behind bars.

Paris says if she goes to jail, even for just a day, her life will be over. She knows she'll lose a lot of work if she gets a reputation as someone who has done time. Her whole career is based on her image and maintaining a fan base - she has nothing else to rely on.

She's petrified. She's the butt of quite a few jokes in Los Angeles these days and she hates it. She's been crying a lot, especially when she's been drinking, and is scared that her life is falling apart.

She's missed two club appearances in the past couple of weeks. People in the industry are taking her less seriously and she doesn't feel like she's Hollywood's Golden Girl any more.

She's more alone than ever before right now and this could be one situation she can't charm her way out of."

HILTON ORDERED TO COURT FOR MAY HEARING

LATEST: Socialite PARIS HILTON has been ordered to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court on 4 May (07) after being found violating her probation.


The hotel heiress, 26, was spotted driving along Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles on 28 February (07) without her headlights on.

Her police stop soon showed Hilton had been sentenced the previous month (Jan07) to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 (GBP769) in fines after she pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving stemming from a September (06) arrest.

LA prosecutors are hoping Hilton's probation will be revoked because she continued to drive on a suspended license following her January court appearance.

Hilton did not attend the court hearing in Los Angeles yesterday (17Apr07), but her lawyer Howard Weitzman says he believes the matter will be resolved soon.

I bet she actually does get some sort of jail term...
