Default 4 dead in sasino shooting

LAUGHLIN, Nev. -- Four people were shot dead and
eight others were wounded inside Harrah's Casino early
Saturday, it was reported. Police would not
immediately confirm the report.

KGMN-FM in Kingman, Ariz., reported that the
shooting occurred on the first floor of Harrah's during
the 20th annual River Run, a large gathering of
motorcycle clubs that brings up to 50,000 people into
the gambling resort.

About 100 people have been taken into custody and
bridges over the Colorado River have been shut to
traffic, KGMN-FM reported.

Police dispatchers would only confirm a motorcycle
gang was involved.

Wow, I have been to the River Run on numerous occasions and personally know hundreds of people in Laughlin. Thanks for the update.

When are people going learn especially banquet halls that motorcyle gangs are high risk violence when grouped together like this. Put them in the desert and have their conventions with no other people around and let them fight it out if they want.

Some posters here need to get a life.. Why must they give their 2 cents on every topic? Get a hobby or better yet a place of EMPLOYMENT!

They HAD no other people around. You couldn't get a comp
in Laughlin this weekend for love or money . . . and the
room rates shamed those at Bellagio on a normal weekend.

Jim - thanks for the post. Sad, tragic, senseless violence.

JJ - agreed.

Dog - u get up on the wrong side of the bed this morning? This is a message board....all comments, especially the CIVIL ones are encouraged IMHO. Best of luck on your wagers.
