Any outs offer >1.5 runlines consistently, or other unique options?

I don't play bases much really, but do any outs offer 2, 2.5, or 3 run runlines consistently? I have seen them in LV and online for special games and CS/WS, but does anyone offer them regularly? How about "action runs" for bases, or any similarly unique options in hoops or golf? I think WSEX's interactives are great, as are action points for fb. I am just wondering if such things exist for other sports I play into, anywhere.

I saw one today for the first time on the Arizona game. Diamondbacks -2 at -110.
Can't figure out if there's any value either way here.
