Default Skytower is not paying out

I made a 5 figure withdrawl request from Skytower three Mondays ago and have yet to receive funds. I emailed them a week after I made the request to find out whats going on
with my funds and they email me back that they are having problems with their banking yadda yadda and the funds should be there sometime during the upcoming week. When I called them they told me it was a holiday originally. Anyways, the bankwire that they told me would reach my bank last week that was actually supposed to have reached the previous week never reached so I called them again yesterday and it was the same old story, but a week later. I then asked to speak with their manager and the lady tells me he is not there. I asked for his phone # and she tells me he doesn't have one. Then I call back a few minutes later and spoke with another clerk. Again, I ask for the manager and he tells me the manager is on vacation. LOL like we all haven't heard that one before. Before my bankwire request, I tried to make a withdrawl using Neteller, but needless to say, they didn't have any funds in their Neteller account nor do they now. Seems to me for a company that is having so called banking problems, the least they could do is have their Manager present and have other methods to withdrawl your money. It took them about 1.5 seconds to acept my Neteller deposit. Surely they should be able to provide the same conveinence to receive my money as it is to send them money. Furthermore, I asked for a western union withdrawl, and again they were unwilling to work with me. The clerk told me my money SHOULD be available next week...lol should NEXT week. It goes without saying that this is the most unprofessional offshore establishment I have ever dealt with. I should also mention that is was I who has contacted them regarding the apyout week after week. I am just so frusterated at the lack of sincerity when dealing with these people. They act suprised that I would even so much as ask when I could expect MY money. This is a bunch of BS; I am just getting the run-around from them. At this point, all I can do is post to all of you what is happening with me. I am certainly open for suggestions. They did add a $250 matchplay into my account after talking with them. So I did get compensated in that respect. However, it really doesn't mean squat if they are gonna stiff me anyways. I am not all about this forum blasting with books, so if I should get paid this week I will certainly clear their name. But for now I have to post this because I wasn't able to get anywhere with them the last couple of weeks whatsoever

Lowerider, how did you get hooked up with a no name book like "Skytower"? There are plenty of solid books out there, Skytower is not one of them.

when you request a "5 figure withdrawal", do you have to answer to the IRS?

Two years ago, I talked to a guy who was playing with Gambler's Palace, and he told me they were asociated with
Sky Tower. He would get large cash payments delivered to him locally. He always got paid, just as I always got paid when I played with Gambler's Palace. But, I believe there have been some complaints about Gambler's Palace recently. So it's not surprising to see this post about Sky Tower not paying.

Moneywiz, learn how to get a small 2 figure withdrawal ($50) and then we'll talk.

I'm sorry I could not resist.

Just to give everyone an update, about four weeks ago I received a partial payment via western union from Skytower in the amount of $2000 along with a nice letter of apology from one of their managers Adriana. Two weeks following the western union payment I emailed Adriana again expressing my conern regarding my payout having been told by then the banking/cc problems would be cleared up. After a week of getting no response to my email from Adriana, I called in and asked to speak to her. I was told she was on vacation. Its funny that when I orginially called in some two months ago to try to get this solved the head manager too was on vacation. Meanwhile, I cannot take my family on vacation because they have my money. LOL I thought it was ironic that I received an email from them yesterday offering a football promotion. They really have some nerve. Anyways I will keep you guys posted. I have been real busy but I am calling them Monday. Later

Lowerider...........The Internet Gaming Commission has Skytower listed as an "accredited" site for whatever that is worth. Why didn't you ask them to mediate since they tote them as one of their elite books?

Gambler's Palace, Skytower, and Simplenetbet are all run by the same people. I got a slow pay from GP, where they admitted to not being able to pay me before realizing that I had not qualified to get the payout. The qualification is one that you should always ask these places: they have a 5 time rollover, and I lost before completing it; months later I re-deposited, played 5 times and won, and was requesting the payout when the above described conversation took place.
The said I hadn't completed the 5 time rollover from before even though I zeroed out! You could have rollovers "following" you around months later with this absurd rule. One week later, I was paid in full, but now it was time for my friend to request a much larger payout via Neteller, more than the $2500 one time limit. They stalled him with the same kind of runaround that Lowerider got, and we told them of his post and indirectly threatened to do the same. We spoke with Priscilla, who was obviously embarrassed by the whole situation, and she took our calls and returned e-mails, always a good sign. Finally, they paid my friend $2500 thru neteller on Friday, 4 days after the request, and the balance the following Monday. A close call by a happy ending. George, the general manager, was able to get MY neteller request approved the previous week. Good luck to you.

Just to give everyone an update, a few days ago I did receive a $1000 neteller withdrawl from Skytower free of charge. Still I am only half way there. But yes they did send me $1000 through Neteller for the record. I will keep the forum informed as soon as I receive another payment.

Congrats! You saw in my previous post that it took 2 payments for my friend to get paid off, although his was only a few days apart.
I'm happy that it worked out, but I suspect that you, like us, won't be playing there again anytime soon.
