Betting action when pitchers change

How ethical is it to make an action bet when you know there is a pitching change but the book hasn't moved their lines. Would a book boot you for doing this or is it an accepted part of betting.

You won't be getting away with anything cuz your odds will just get adjusted to reflect the new matchup. If you've got listed pitchers, it's NO ACTION.

The real ? How ethical would it be to bet a private that doesn't deal pitchers? One set price all action?

Anyone have any experience with Yabet and their baseball betting? They don't list pitchers, and their is nothing in their rules that mentions price changes with a change of pitcher?

Yabet will give you the same price, even if there is pitching change. Say Randy Johnson was -300 at home and was scratched and replaced by a scrub pitcher. Lucky you would have the scrub pitcher at -300.
