Default Phone vs. Online wagering

It struck me as everyone was discussing Mark Del's new offshore venture of the critical need for books to have a easy-to-natigate web site.

Does anyone have any idea what percentage of offshore action is still taken via the phone?

I'd be interested to know, I've never seen this written about anywhere.

Superbook, I don't see how anyone can answer your question except for their own book. And every book is unique. Some books, like Intertops and WSEX, do almost all of their biz online. Others, like Del Mar, are phone-based.
