Neteller withdrawal ettiquette

I made a withdrawal from a book into my Neteller account. I had previously used Neteller to deposit money into my account. What is the ettiquette? Do i need to call the book to let them know also? (I can't find an email for this book). I would have thought going through Neteller would be enough, as I assume the book should see the withdrawal. What are the implications if I have to make a call also? Does that mean it I need to be wary of this book as far as payouts are concerned?

Making the request through NETeller should be enough, but if you want fast action some books need to be called or E-mailed. I've had pending withdrawals go unprocessed for 5 or 6 days for what should be almost instantaneous. I have other requests get declined after several days--probably because the book has unsufficient cash flow funds at NETeller. I'm pretty sure the individual book gets notified immediately that a customer has made a request for a w/drawal.
