Default Do WS games have the same rules as reg season,

Let's say tonight's WS game gets called in the 7th due to rain....would it be a complete game or not?

YES- all rules are the same, but they'll wait until Saturday before calling it. I can't remember a WS game in my lifetime that didn't go the distance.

how does that affect the "game must be completed on the day it started" rule for wagering purposes?

If Major League baseball ever gave a team a rain shortened win in the World Series, that would be the biggest farce ever in a professional championship competition. If that is the rule, change the rule. That is absurd to even contemplate. This is for the World Series, not getaway day during June.
