Default A few internet gaming financial questions

Anyone's input would be appreciated. I've got three questions.

Are we supposed to pay taxes on internet winnings?

If we're starting with a bankroll of say $25 k and taking two withdrawls a month are we sending up a red flag?

And finally, would it be better to do cashier checks or western union or are we safe using e-check both in and out?

Again your responses would be appreciated.

Question 1:
The tax laws in the Untied States are complicated... but you are suppose to pay taxes on income... please consult your tax advisor

Question 2:
You need to win before asking for a withdrawal... how do you think these places stay in business????

Question 3:
Nothing is safe... don't worry you got more to worry about than how to collect your winnings
