Ratner: No Pacquiao protest!
Nevada State Athletic Commission Executive Director Mark Ratner stated after last night's controversial Pacquiao-Marquez draw that the Pacquiao camp has no grounds for a protest, despite the admission of a scoring error by judge Burt Clements that if corrected would tip the bout in Pacquiao's favor. "(Clements) used his judgement to make it 10-7," said Ratner to the Las Vegas Review Journal. "There is no rule here. It's completely a judgement call." Ratner confirmed, however, that like everyone else, he believed 10-6 was the correct score for the round.

In other words manny got screwed out of the win because of an incompetant judge. I can't complain to much [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] but that is the truth.

I agree with judge jutras IMO marquez after the disaster
in round # 1 dominated this fite was aggressor and pulled
it out for a victory. jutras had marquez winning 10 of last
