I'm glad I didnt go further with my intuition on this series. $800 I can live with.....that being said if the suns had won this game, I feel certain they would have won the series. The lakers are definately not the better team, as every game has gone down to the wire(AND LOOK AT THE ROSTERS!!).

THIS GAME SHOULD HAVE BEEN WON BY THE SUNS.

How can you say the Suns roster is better. Nash had no business winning MVP, and Marion is a complete chokejob come playoff time. He's not even near the player he is all year long. Furthermore, Kobe has not even played near what he is capable scoring wise, and I hate Kobe. For once I agree with Coach Gold, the Lakers could be very dangerous.

Lets compare rosters then.........Nash and Kobe cancel each other out. Next up for the Suns is Shawn Marion who is an all-star. But next up for the Lakers is Lamar Odom and nothing more needs to be said. No GM in their right mind would trade Marion for Odom, it would never happen. Boris Diaw is a future all star and is a better player(aka worth more to GM's) than Odom. Thomas(THE 4TH SUNS PLAYER MENTIONED HERE!) is even par with Odom(The lakers 2nd best player). Its just no contest man.

And I just saw the replay from yesterdays game where jones got blatantly held by Walton as regulation ended. Right in front of the ref. And I also saw in overtime, Walton blatantly RUN INTO NASH WITH HIS BODY. Then Nash called timeout(they have an audio of that), then there was a held ball. It was GLORY TO THE LAKERS DAY FROM THE REFS. Retarted man. The suns would have had this series won.

Oh I completely forgot about Bell from the Suns. If you have any doubt that he is not on par with Lamar Odom, then compare their stats from the regular season. Look at Bell's shooting percentages(regular and 3 point).

Playoffs= Defense, Rebounding Coaching

Please compare the lineups from those perspectives. Remember to deflate the Phoenix numbers a bit because they play the fastest tempo in the league by a mile. This inflates their offensive numbers dramatically, but also makes their defense look worse than it really is.

Please compare Kobe/Nash...Odom/Marion...and anyone else you'd like from the perspective of defense and rebounding.

Then add in the playoff history of the head coaches.

Let's see if that sheds any light on why the +300 underdog has a 3-1 series lead...that would still be a 2-2 tie if not for the end game where the ref very easily could have granted a TO or called a foul. The only Suns win has been by 5 points....which isn't typical for a #2 to #7 series. Maybe defense, rebounding, and coaching will shed some light on things...

I'm 99% sure that shawn marion was top 5 in the league in rebounding.

100% now.
