Major League Baseball has DE-JUICED the baseballs!

No wonder of technology can slow down major league hitter's when the wind is blowing out.

WIND FORECAST TO BLOW OUT AT LEAST 10-15 MPH:
Wednesday 3-1 to the Over
Thursday: 6-0 to the Over
Friday: 3-3
Saturday: 3-1-1 to the Over
Total: 15-5-1 to the Over

But...when the wind isn't blowing out, scoring has become impossible. You saw that yourself today with final scores ending 2-0, 2-1, 2-1, 3-0, and 3-2. And this came on the heels of Sick Gambler's 9-6 record on Friday playing nothing but Unders.

Clearly there's a conspiracy underway to make sure nobody thinks steroids are in the game. We're not sure how this juice extraction was completed. Perhaps it was something as simple as rubbing the baseballs over an orange juicer. Perhaps Costa Rican minors must slurp from the core. But...you can already see with your naked eye that this is occuring!

Don't tell me the balls haven't been de-juiced, Manny Ramirez is hitting .205! Jeff Francouer is hitting .208!

Or...MAYBE EVERYTHING WE'VE SEEN SO FAR IS JUST NORMAL FLUCTUATIONS BASED ON THE USUAL EARLY SEASON CONDITIONS

Something to think about as you handicap Sunday's games.

boys, don't get mad at Blog, you guys are rough on him. Just to let you know that he really wasn't off by that much.. Yes, the unders went 8-6 today, but this should have been the day they go 11-3, easily.. I won't have a chance this good again for a long time. First of all, the grand salami went under by 32 runs. Secondly, practically ever under i lost, with the exception of a few, just barely went over.

Mil 8-2, over by 1 run
Oak 5-4, over by half a run
Hou 10-0, over by half a run
nyy lose the under with 2 outs in the bottom 9, and f-ckin Mariano blows the save..


But the games that did go under were 2-0, 2-1, 3-0..etc...

That was depressing to come home to after spending all day Easter out. Nobody even reads my posts any more lol. They just read the headline and get ready to argue.

None of the "juiced ball" people even said "bleep you blog bleep" because they saw I was teasing them.

Though it looks like there are a few people who think I ACTUALLY BELIEVE that you can de-juice baseballs by having Costa Rican minors suck out the core...

For the record...to make sure there's no confusion...I don't think the balls have been juiced...and I don't think the balls have been de-juiced. Scoring has followed some very logical tendencies particularly once you adjust for the spots where the wind was blowing out and the influence of the umpire behind the plate. Fluctuations are normal from game to game...and nothing has been abnormal this year once you adjust for context.

We'll continue to monitor those logical influences down in the THINK TANK with weather reports from Stevo, updated umpire itineraries, offensive score-lines, and a variety of other upcoming features. If you didn't realize this was a sarcastic smart alecky thread...PLEASE DON'T COME DOWN AND JOIN US...lol

Do not get discouraged. Some are reading but the real big truth of it is.. ITS FOOTBALL OR YOUR WAITING FOR FOOTBALL. Sad but true. Its the take it or leave it season for many. Its the only time many here can get any rest or any of there I do have a real life you know work done.

Having said that you should pick up the HV factor with a few hints thrown in ala the old days style. They will catch up sooner or later.
