Default How can the Daily Racing Form do it, but The Sporting News Can't?

I think it was the Sporting News that was told to stop advertizing for off-shore/ online gambling with sports books about a week or so ago. Yet when I go the The Daily Racing Form (online edition) there are several ads for offshore sports books. The DRF is still located in New York, which is still in the US, last I heard....so how is the the DOJ does not bother them?

They could but it's simply selective who they go after.

I just had a thought as to why the DOJ doesn't bother the Daily Racing Form. LOL...They know that horse players as a GROUP are to broke to bet sports anyway. LOL

I get more depressed each day with so much of the nonsense in this great land. So much nonsense. I can see throught about 95% of it.

Onasoapbox, yep, they just go after the money. It's simply" legalized" theft by a Government gang. The Mafia is not the big problem in Amerikka; the neo-fascist Government is!

Exactly. They knew he would willingly pay the ransom. The DRF would likely fight them and show them to be the hypocrites they are.
