Final ? for 2005: What is the difference between Diet Coke and Coke Zero?

Coke Zero = Diet Pepsi.

I hope it won't replace Diet Coke, because I don't like Diet Pepsi.

But how are the ingredients different... I can't taste much . Too many years of 3 packs of cigarettes/ day.

Is Diet Coke failing....so Coke came up with "Zero Coke"

U of M Campus Goes Coke-less

The University of Michigan has decided to stop selling Coca-Cola products on its three campuses, beginning in January. The school's announcement comes six months after Coca-Cola said it was willing to examine its labor and business practices in India and Colombia to keep university contracts.

A Coca-Cola spokeswoman says a pending civil lawsuit has prevented an investigation. Michigan had set a December 31 deadline.

Coke's University of Michigan contracts are worth about $1.4 million.

The university and the company say they will continue to negotiate.

Thanks --i enjoyed reading. Coke has laid an egg with this product in my opinion. Zero was a candy bar once upon a time from some company. They allready had Diet Coke....People aren't Totally stupid. 0Calories? Check Diet Coke and how many calories does that have... LOL

Not supposed to mention this in public yet, but I guess it's OK here: I'm in discussions with Coke to do an endorsement of Coke Zero. The TV spot they have in mind opens with a shot of the new product and a voice-over saying "how many calories can you count in new Coke Zero?" Then the camera switches to me, and I say "I count -- zero!" Then I hoist the can toward the camera in a salute to you, the home viewer, and take a big slug, while a line of text under my picture says "famed gambler count zero loves the taste of new Coke Zero."

My agent is negotiating with Coke as we speak. Hopefully they won't find out about this past season.

Maybe you're right. I mean Zero Coke certaintly does sound like an improvement over Diet Coke. A sucker is born every minute no doubt about that .

Coke Zero is horrible!

It has a slight taste of medicine/cough syrup.........not something you want in a beverage.

The Domino's guy gave me 3 free bottles of the stuff last night and they never give anything away! Must be trying hard to get rid of stuff. Just what ere Coke's labor practice complaints that were noted?
