this is the email lizzy rose sent

Mr.

These are the steps you need to follow according to the Gaming Control Board of Panamá Regulation, when it comes to a dispute with a gambling site in Panamá.

Obligation of Immediate Payment

If a gambler wins a prize for participating in a System for Electronic Communication Games, the Administrator/Operator shall pay the same to the Account of the Gambler immediately at the end of the event.

Claim of Prizes.

The gambler shall claim prizes, before the Administrator/Operator within thirty (30) days after the end of the game or the wagering activity. When the claim is filed, the Administrator/Operator shall solve the claim filed in a period of ten (10) days. If the gambler is not satisfied with the decision of the Administrator/Operator, he shall have ten (10) business days to request the Director to review the decision adopted by the Administrator/Operator. The Administrator/Operator and the gambler shall submit the Director all the facts of the controversy in order for its resolution.

Claim before the Director.

If the Administrator/Operator does not answer the claim filed by the gambler, within 10 business days, the latter, without a decision, shall file his claim before the Director within a term of 10 business days, as of the expiration of the term granted to the Administrator/Operator to resolve the claim.

Performance of the Director.

The Director shall adopt a decision within thirty (30) days after receipt of the claim from the gambler. Unfulfillment by the Administrator/Operator of the decision of the Director shall be considered an inconvenient operation method

they are not split, they are all the same lame cry baby. I have been in your position before and learned from my mistake. you took the risk of playing at a new book, you got burned. now learn from it.
If Ken told you to jump off a bridge , would you? make your own decisions and dont blame others. this is the gambling industry you dolt, everyone is out for themselves. why do you think Ken touted panam ? im sure it had nothing to do with his advertising dollars, right? or his referrals? right? You took the advice of a known scammer, (BG) you made your bed now lie in it.

Tell Ken to secure deposits on all his advertisers and not just for the one who owns the site.

An do you even know if "lizzy rose" is legit ?? how do you know thats not a number set up by the hicks at panam ? remember what the first email address was? lizzyrose@hotmail.com

LOL

3 questions to ask and to finally once and for all answered

1- it is stated there is a 500k bond. is there a bond and is it actually $500,000 dollars.DO YOU HAVE THE EXACT ACTUAL AMOUNT AT YOUR POSSESSION

2- it is also stated this 500k is for the players dispute and safty. confirm, this is for only the players and not the expences, salary, credit, etc. the sport accumulated and owed.

3- what is the actual schedule does the panama commission take now. the 10 days are over what are the steps the commission will take to settle the players dispute. what is the schedule the commission will use for releasing the bond to the players. what are the steps the players need to do to take part in this release of funds.

thanks moderators

you too major

I wouldn't count on there beeing a bond of 500K in cash to pay the players if I was you.. Like these stiffs who burned through all their money and post-ups in a few months would have had the money to post up 500K before they even started? Not likely.

Good luck..

The sad truth is you are not going to see a penny of the "bond" or any money from them. Its unfortunate but it is clear as day. Its been over a month now..its over

Dell, that post is about as responsible as those usually made by "your hero".

Panam was looking like a lost cause, but this particular "gaming commission" appears to potentially have some teeth. Tie in the political aspect, the "bond", and the player pressure, and there appears to be a lot more hope than there was in the past.

Tony Montana

After living in C.R. for over five years and having first hand knowledge of corrupt 3 world governments,
And corrupt SB'S. I would have to say this is definately over. There is no way your or anyone are going to get
any money from the gaming commision even if there is a bond or a gaming commision . They'll just make up some story about the book not fufilling there obligations etc etc, and keep the money for themselves. I'm sorry but this just my opinion.
But this has been going on to long, and several friends I have in this business who frequent panama
said there not going to pay. I've lost quite a bit of coin in an investment operation that functioned here for 23 yrs
and one day the police came and shut them down and confiscated a shitload of $$$$$$$. And they were legit. They knew about it for 20 yrs then one day decide there gonna come in a take the cash and leave a lot of people fu(ked. and made up some bullshit story about money laundering. this has been going on for 2 yrs now. It's not the same thing I know. But when it comes to central american govs I wouldn't put to much weight into what there saying. And you think slow pay from books are bad.

It will be manana till the end of time with these people!!!!

Hope it all works out!!!!

any "commission" that has received 100's of 'no pay' complaints about a book and still allows that book to keep its doors open is not looking out for the player.

thanks for your experience and opinions

you are correct these are corrupt scumbags we are dealing with

however there are still possible leads though frustrating and slim. i will try to recover my money. by posting i believe i am helping others that are in the same situation i am in w/ this stiffjob.

i have moved on from blaming people/ forums etc. what could of ...should of... fvk that

this commissioner w/ supposedly tight regulations better come through or panama is doomed in their quest for future sportsbook business

if not hopefully within few weeks if they are also a scam, maybe we can recieve help w/ the forums help get a resonable bailout program for the players

also no one can answer why they are still in business / paying out the little funds they are releasing??

thanks but fvk opinions what he or she thinks good or bad outcome

lets get this possible commission to help us like it stated within 30 day decision if not bailout program

but lets fvking move on
