| Just curious.. in this IWager dispute Boss Media has mentioned possibly confiscating funds and distributing it to victimized players and it made me curious if anyone here has ever been on the receiving end..

| No. You will be the first or second to know if I do- one of the first chip dumping/collusion cases involving online poker that was made public-involved a player named Taxi Driver and CRIS card room- CRIS basically nailed Taxi and his cohorts-it may still be the longest thread ever at 2+2- ultimately they "gave" the money back by running a series of free rolls with the confiscated money as prize.

| Collusion is very common, even if it is not oragnaized, all kinds of social cliques in card games. People picking on unpopular players, and checking down to their new found freinds. People that check down to new found freinds are basically cowards. |

| I remember seeing a post once where someone said they got an email notice that a small amt had been added to their br as it had been confiscated from players found to be colluding at his table. Can't remember where I saw it or what site it was though..

| Yes, if you can spot collusion and email support, on the major sites (empire, party, pstars), they will review things. And you will get your money back. But the players acused of collusion have to have a history of playing together, look like its collusion etc. Thing is, most ppl are complete morons when it comes to spotting possible collusion. |
