But dont invest here. The less Gringo's the better. No offense , but after 6 years here, I don't really care to see Americans ruining the country. I love America, but the USA is the USA and CR is CR. I want it to stay that way.

From what I have seen, CR property is overvalued in comparison to the rest of Central America. I think alot of this is because CR has become Americanized and there is a certain comfort level is that for US investors. Liquidity concerns when this alleged bubble bursts and legal filings for a American investor in this post 9/11 world would probably scare me off.
