I am stunned, shocked and a few other things. I will comment in a while. << Gentlemen, This is my last message from this e-mail address. We regret to inform you that as of today, Feb. 15, 2002, Seinpost Holding, parent company of AcesGoldCasino.com and Sports-Market.com has been declared insolvent and has been taken into bankruptcy proceedings by the Court of Netherlands Antilles in Curacao. As a result of this, please pull down all links to our sites, banners and text links. It has been a pleasure and privilege to work with you. Thanks again. Kind regards, Gerry marketing@acesgoldcasino.com <mailto:marketing@acesgoldcasino.com> Marketing and Promotions >>

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant say this really surprises me. Most on this forum are more experienced with the online industry then me so I am not trying to sound like an expert. Something about their operation just didnt sound right. The no limit horses, all the no juice specials, etc. So I did not use them. They did almost reel me in the day they came in here and vehemently defended themselves against rumours. But I stayed away. And then that whole Super Bowl thing was totally shady. As was their response/non response after that debacle. I truly feel bad for anyone who doesn't get paid. I would be beside myself. This is a black day for the industry. Hopefully some good will come out of it in the long run.

With a current balance there of $3800+ and a $2500 credit back to credit card that I have no idea if it will stick.... I think its time to go throw up. Pertinent questions now... Would anyone buy their book? Doubtful, but... Will anyone step up with a "burned by a bad book" promotion? Possibly, I'd take a 50x rollover playing into 30 cent lines. Any thoughts on either of these two?

Capt, I HATE seeing Aces go broke. It both frightens and saddens me. The "I told you so" is hardly worth the long time fallout, and it makes ALL OF OUR POSTUPS less secure both long and short term IMO. And who knows what books they owed, and what the effects of that will be on players. A sad day for everyone. Hopefully, Dutch law makes "postup funds" prefered creditors, but in most of these cases, the homeboys seem to take care of themselves first.

SHIT!!!!! I requested a dime last week, but left a couple dimes still in the account. It seemed from others that payouts were still coming, albeit slowly, and both BW and MW expressed confidence in Aces, so i continued to play there. Actually had won another dime since I requested the payout! Shit!!!! Shoulda just waited for the damn check to arrive and used my other outs. SHIT!!!! Unfortunately for me, I stupidly did not secure my account w/MW when I signed up at the beginning of FB season. Bad bad bad bad day all around

| Ugh, this is not good news. I've only been playing with them since after X-mas... I've been lucky so far but I guess it was only a matter of time before I run into a book that closed shop. Should've insured my account here but for some reason I didn't. But hey, look at the bright side, there's a bunch of other books out there looking to pickup the slack.
