Default royalsports/betroyal...slow payout?

I thought betroyal was a reputable sports book based on recommendation of a long time customer, more importantly a friend.

Then came payout time. Today makes three weeks since I first requested payout via bankwire. BR continued to ask for a swift number in addition to the routing and account number. The swift number is the routing number, the converstion left me with no confidence that the bank wire would fly. Plus, the customer service representative thought it might not work and suggested I request checks. I requested two checks and I am waiting.

Royalsports has repeatedly asked me to call for tracking numbers, which I have done. I keep getting excuses as to why my payouts have are not processed. "Like too many payouts we are over the banks limit". As of today no tracking numbers, they will call me.

One week after making the check request, BR called offering a 100% bonus on the withdrawal amount, if I withdrew the payout request.

The entire situation is pathetic.

Any opinions?

They will be in here any minute trying to figure out who you are so tehy can make sure your payout request goes in a special group, the one's to be paid sooner rather than later.

As far as the "One week after the check request they offered you a 100% bonus."

Your check should have been in the mail days before that call. They have a policy of leaving the money in accounts in hopes that it will be lost before the withdrawal is processed.

If 100% bonus isn't a red flag, I don't know what is. The fact that they cold call you to leave a withdrawal in that should have been sent out days earlier is a giant red tent.
We're going to need a lot of rope after the revolution.

Get ready to take a lot of flak because this is your first post. You should have known that you needed to join this forum, and have a 1000 posts, before posting up at a suspect book, and asking for help. A giant good luck to you and welcome.

By the way, I need some help myself. Check the horsey forum for my thread. Thanks guys.

I have been a long time customer of Royal, ever since they were only a phone book and marty was there. I must say that I won't bet there anymore. The culture/climate there has changed, and they are a whole lot more agressive with promotions/marketing. I made a withdrawal of a dime a few weeks ago. I was told on the phone I would have my tracking # on friday (it was monday). On friday I called, and they told me it would be available on wednesday, 10 days after I amde my request. When I tried to make the withdrawal I spent 10 minutes fending some guy off who was trying to get me to keep my $ there, by offering 100% bonuses and so on. and when I called again friday, I fended him off trying to get me to keep my $ there. I can certainly understadn they want you to keep your $ there, but this wa a bit annoying and kept me on the phone for a lot longer than I wanted to be on the phone. I won't play there anymore. They dd pay me, it took 11 days from my request to get my $, but to be fair, it did come! I just don't really like the way they run their book anymore...

They are most definitely aggressive. I would be carefull with any book that is that aggressive with calling and with bonuses. But having said that they have paid me out over $5,000 in the 2 months and timely. Its all risk reward, for 25% bonuses time and again, I'll risk a small portion of my bankroll.

i am hearing many complaints for this book i would advise all to stay away. Why is there banner here? Lots of stories about them not wanting to payout/offering huge bonuses not to withdraw. BEWARE.

Taking more than 3 weeks to pay seems to be the norm at BetRoyal. Offering 100% bonuses to their customers to cancell withdraw requests? If you don't get your money out of there now, you may never will.

Any update on this situation? Offering 100% bonus not to withdraw is a sure sign of desperation.
