Default Hey- Michael Cash won our tourney last night

Sorry MC, this was getting lost in the shuffle since some of our others were playing and doing well simultaneously in bigger money games.

Huskerfan took 2nd, and Wolfman placed 3rd, I think? Sorry, I was distracted with Mom stuff here and lost track. Please make corrections as necessary, and plan to play again soon.

Thanks guys (and girl), I had a nice time. It was a really good game, especially between the last 5 of us.

Hopefully we can do it again soon. Thanks to XX for hosting the table and Minnow for rounding up the participants.

MC

Cool

As soon as me and Cwissy get a legitimate payout, buying top notch custom made golf clubs. $750. Plus a little extra for accessories. Time to prove golf is not a sport and Mikey not an athlete.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm no athlete.

FYI thinking $750 will get you a top notch custom set of sticks is like thinking you can get a top notch steak at Applebee's.

You are probably better off with a Mickey Mouse set but serious golfers like myself have a few g's tied up in their load out.

It's all personal preference, I buy my shit from the manufacturers in most cases.

I meant $750 is the best set you can get in a department store which means it's just the most expensive piece of shit in the golf section.

You need to go to a golf store and get fitted for a set. When I do go the retail route Golfsmith is decent.

Tips, sure. Lessons, no. I don't have the patience to teach things to other adults.

I don't put a lot of stock in golf lessons anyway. I have got my ass kicked by guys who look like they are having a seizure on each shot and rolled over dudes who dropped 10k on personal instruction.

You are better off watching fundamentals videos on Youtube IMO.

If Michigan cuts down the white nets tonight and Tiger puts on the green jacket Sunday, Calvin Ayre will be footing the bill for my new clubs and the beating Mikey Cash thread goes up. The multiple angles of irony is rich.

If Michigan's bubble bursts, Tiger's woods wobble or Calvin's payout pings, Cwissy will hold Justin Verlander responsible.

Will your mom be dropping you off at the course or do you need a ride?

Nice segue Mikey. Let's 21 Jumpstreet to after I get the killer clubs and Payne Stewart ensemble. How expensive will it be to reserve T times? Need challenging courses low prices.
