Probably the only time I get to wear my Gortex jacket. I'm in.

I'd be up for a get-together. BUT...

Don't take this the wrong way. But you guys would gladly abandon your families after eating turkey, when that's one of the few two-day work holidays of the year?

A big congratulations to Neil M for winning the Trip for 4 to Vancouver next year.

If it is anything like the party in Ottawa this year, he will have an amazing time. The Grey Cup is like no other big sporting event, as it is not corporate, it is a true grass roots celebration, accessible to everyone.

And finally, Bowmans will be there next year, so we look forward to seeing as many of you as possilble.....none of you will be dissapointed...it is a blast.

An odd streak was broken in the CFL this year. Prior to Toronto's victory in this year's Grey Cup, the host city of the past 4 Grey Cup's was the city of the team ended up winning the following year's Grey Cup (that would have continued had Saskatchewan made it to and won this year's Grey Cup, which they damn near did, they were probably playing the best football of any team at the end of the season and playoffs). So I guess we would have been looking forward to an Ottawa championship in Vancouver next year, but the streak is over.
