Seems to me he has his team in first place and close to the best record in the NFC. He has done it with sub par WR's, and a very good TE. Hard to say he shouldn't be playing qb in the NFL!

8-16 for 147 yards with a TD and INT is hardly lights out, not to mention he averages below 170 yards passing per game. Vick is quite the weapon at QB, but he's an injury waiting to happen with the way he runs. In terms of passing, he's still a great distance away from the NFL's elite.

With the way he runs, I'll be very surprised if he starts every game for the rest of the season.

It's Atlanta's defense that will decide how far they go this year. Other than a couple of total disaster games, they've played fairly well.

He's not a great passing QB, never will be a 60% completion type, but he can have a great impact on the game even if he only passes for 150 yards. Take a look at the Falcons record with and without him as their starting QB.

Actually , after I figured it out , he's only on pace for 952 , My bad .... Still pretty amazing , The record for a QB is 937 by Randall , I believe ...
