Sorry guys/Cleve-
I've lived in Bend, Oregon (pipes froze inside interior walls, and burst)
Also lived in Boulder,Colorado (drive to work was intense, either in a ditch, or rear-end car due to NO visibility)

good luck with all, come visit me in Cali, my guest house is pimp!
-invite goes to all, including DellDude-

Polar vortex by the numbers: 6 states in US record temperatures lower than South Pole

I had no idea how serious this was. Apologies for not first saying hope you are all staying safe and sound.

That was the first headline blaring on homepage.

vegasboy has car issues in NoDak, but they traveled with 2 vehicles and other one is fine.

in some areas the gas company can't keep up with demand and is asking people to turn thermostat to 60 or lower.

schools are closed all over the region, however 2 stayed open yesterday. Warroad and Rosaeu. (near Canada). (they are closed today). Why were they open yesterday you might wonder?? Last night was the Hockey game between the two schools, nothing cancels that hockey game

It's -9 here now. -20 tonight. It's wild to see cold like this. I honestly can't remember in my lifetime it being this cold. I went outside a couple times today just to feel what it was like. It's hard to breathe for real

I'll be in your hood in Friday, Michael. I'm taking this chick to lunch at a Sushi place down there.

My daughter went to high school at Divine Child.
