Law360, New York (July 12, 2017, 7:34 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge has rejected a request by sports bettor Billy Walters for a new trial on insider trading charges, saying his claims that a government witness committed perjury lacked support and wouldn't have changed the outcome anyway, setting up Walters’ sentencing later this month.
