This has dragged on so long it's actually stupid. It reminds me of when a father threatens his kid - "that's it if you don't do as your told you'll be sorry." Kid does nothing "don't make me come over there young man or else". Kid does nothing. "you've been warned and you know what happens if the belt comes off, you don't want that." Kid does nothing. "ok belt is coming off get ready for some pain." Kid does nothing. "your lucky I decided not to use the belt but now you know I'm serious..."

If Antigua wants any chance especially with Trump coming in they better just set up the pirate site or admit it's a meaninless bluff.
