Default Open Letter to Joe Mesi

An open letter to Joe Mesi!

By Vassiliy Jirov
Dear Joe,
I've heard it said that first impressions are the most important. But as fighters, we know that it's the last impression that people remember. Last Saturday, boxing fans' last impression of our fight was of you being knocked down three times, and me in total control. Unfortunately, the judges didn't award me the decision, but all the fans I've talked to believe there is more than a little doubt about who the better fighter is. So that's why I'm writing to you, fighter to fighter, to challenge you to a rematch so we can finish our business once and for all. I am more than willing to even go to your hometown of Buffalo so we can continue this fight for all the boxing fans who are demanding it. You know you have doubts - three knockdowns will do that to anyone - so why not put them to rest once and for all? You've been quoted as saying that you learned a lot from me in our fight - well, I want to finish your education this spring or summer. I'm ready for Round Eleven. Are you?

GIVE IT UP, JIROV.... THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL JOE MESI WILL FIGHT YOU AGAIN.

Joe takes a punch like Jenny Craig takes a 6-inch Sub. Hard!!!

If Tyson fights Mesi, do you think a book will put up a line on Tyson knocking Mesi out in 15 seconds of the 1st round? I will bet the max on the Under!
