I dont think Miami's offense is good enough to cover the 9. Should be a tight game.

I am on the +9

If the total keeps rising I'll play some under.

A tease of the +9 and the under 43.5 would be a great bet IMO.

take a look at the stellar teams that Louisville has beaten. If louisville scores more than 17, i would be surprised.

I'll take my chances with Miami.

I am so unimpressed by Brock Berlin. He makes way too many mistakes and the Miami O isn't all that good. Lousivile has a good running game and should be able to stay within the 9.

I'll take the 9...granted Louisville has played a soft schedule, however, so has Miami with the exception of the FSU game. L'Ville is 3rd in the nation in scoring defense thus far against the junk they have played, however, they are in the top 5 in offense. I think Miami wins the game, but L'Ville can definitely keep this one under double digits. Just an observation in looking over their ATS records, Miami is 4-10 ATS the last 2+ years (2-0 this year) as a home favorite, and the only line they covered last year was a 31.5 line w/ Temple, and Syracuse should have beaten them outright at home last year. Brock Berlin is garbage, so if Miami is going to win, they will do it with defense, I agree w/ Stevo, I think the Under will have some value at some point if it keeps going up.

miami has held 15 foes to under 15 points since last year. i can't see louisville scoring very much against this d. when was the last game louisville played against a defense as fast/good as miami's?

games this year: kentucky, army, north carolina, and east carolina.

i am with you on the under... i may look at the fh under (21.5).

g-luck.

weather looks to be perfect tonight.

from louisville courier journal:

Injury report

Both teams will be without a standout offensive tackle. Miami junior Eric Winston and U of L sophomore Renardo Foster are both out for the season with knee injuries. UofL expects defensive tackle Amobi Okoye (shoulder) and tailback Lionel Gates (hamstring) to return from injuries. Miami center Joel Rodrigeuz (hamstring) is expected to play. Miami linebacker Leon Williams has been limited by a broken hand and could play, though he's wearing a cast.

Sinorice Moss is also reported to be gimpy.

louisville has not played anyone. but they have done their job against the weaker opponents. miami, imo has played some poor teams as well. miami d is very good, but they have yet to face a dynamic offense. fsu, la tech, and g tech have very basic and imo weak offenses. houston has a complex scheme but not very talented personnel, and they had the short week, and as expected they had some movement on the canes. this is a big test for miami. louisville has the personnel to do some damage to the miami d, the factor for the game imo is can mia offense score on louisville? mia has a good running game, but the recievers and te for mia havve not been the standard of years past. berlins blindside blocker is out of the game, and even with him, he was getting sacked and pressured much of the time. as bad as louisvilles opposition has been, the one game that sticks out to me is the unc game. unc is a pretty bad fb team but they have an offense that is very capable of scoring, especially on fluke broken plays. that louisville shut them out on the road is impressive. we all remember how that game got the big league steam. looking at lou ats mark, they are unblemished vs the weak opponents, and that shows me they are taking care of business. petrino had a meeting before the season started talking about this specific game. the goal was to talk about the season, and tcob for the games leading up to this one. some players have called this game life or death. lou has 26 roster players from fla, who are that much more motivated. one trend i have noticed in ncaafb is that homefield is not the advantage it once was bc teams are more motivated and focused going on the road. already this season, big time teams have lost at home (fla, uga, vols, osu off the top of the head.) going with the road dog tonight.
