It's just money.
I found the last minute entertaining regarding the spread. It bounced between 7 and 9 over and over. Uconn fouling with 23 seconds left down 7, and again at the 7 second mark. The last time, Houston made just 1 of 2 ft's to make it an 8 point game, covering the spread, and the Uconn player, with nothing but the spread to play for, flies down the court, and nails a long distance 3, at the buzzer, to cut it to 5. Anyone on Houston for the game had to be shaking their head. It was nonsense that Uconn kept fouling, especially with 7 seconds left in a 3 score game. What was the point other than to perhaps cover something?
