Funny, Texas fouls 3 times in a row.

Kstate misses the ft 3 times in a row.

Wildcats just 3 of 8 from the charity stripe with 3 minutes left in the half, clinging to a 37-32 lead. If they would just make the front half of their 1-1's, they'd have the 1h cover ez. Texas still trying hard to give it to them.

YUK, Texas 8 straight points to lead 40-38. That 38-32 lead looked good for a moment.

Well, that was sick.

Kstate led 36-21 with 7 1/2 minutes left in the 1h, but was outscored 21-7 the rest of the way, and missed this little finishing flurry as well...

:05.0 Kansas State Wildcats KSST

Angel Rodriguez misses a layup

:05.0 Kansas State Wildcats KSST

Rodney McGruder offensive rebound

:02.0 Kansas State Wildcats KSST

You'd swear Kstate was throwing the half, not Texas. UT was 14-14 from the FT line, while kstate was just 4-9. jamar Samuel, almost single handedly gave Texas the cover, missing multiple shots, multiple turnovers, and multiple fouls, and missed a big front half of a 1-1.

It did not appear that Texas was trying to throw this game with the exception of 2 UT players, primarily J'Covan Brown. At the very least it is apparently not a group effort to dump in the 1st half, and may well be just a coincidence that they were not covering. We'll keep an eye on it.

Texas this year now:

@Ucla 28-34, 41-25
Temple 31-34, 46-31
@UNC 23-39, 40-43
@ISU 34-44, 37-33
OSU 21-21, 37-28
A/M 26-24, 35-27
@MIzz 30-43, 43-41
@Kstate 42-43,

Still seems like a lot of correlation.... damn, that looked really good when it was 36-21 KSU.

27-25 Uconn. Looks like they covered the 1h by a hook.

It was 23-23 with 3 minutes left, and both teams missed just about every shot down the stretch. Where was that sort of shooting when I suggest playing the ugly under the other night?

UT with 2 points in the last 4 minutes of the half.

Well, depending on what your line was stevo, it's a good thing you missed the tip.

Texas failed to cover the 1h for the 8th time in 9 tries.

Maybe this is just a little hickup for Uconn 1h fade wise. Or perhaps their guy got a better number on Tenn.

I have to call it a loss though. damn.

I didnt even look when I saw the game had gone off.

Just hoping the trend continues after this one cover because I'll still play it.

They have some tough games coming up, where they might not cover the first half, even if they try. Then you add in that they might try to screw it up, and it puts you in a pretty good spot. They didn't cover the game against a pretty bad UT team.

It just kinda smells when a team lolly gags through this part of the season, and then flips a switch and wins 11 in a row.

Cwissy pointed out, that UK wins every game, but covers none. You have to wonder.

It has to be somewhat comical when two teams are trying to shave at the same time.

Uconn 24 ND 21 at the half. With a game line of 8 1/2 or 9, Uconn failed to cover the first half AGAIN.

Texas got beat by 9 in the first half yesterday, but per usual outscored Baylor by 4 in the 2nd half.

They lost the game though, which doesn't help. You want them to win, so they get inflated lines.

With consecutive losses to cinci, Tenn and ND, (the campus bookie was probably pounding the opponents ML), Uconn won't garner much respect, and will fall all the way out of the top 25.

3 of the last 4, opponent 1st half, Texas 2nd half. Pretty damn consistent.

Uconn catching 1-1.5 poins FH tonight vs Georgetown.

Gotta ride it. If they don't lose here I'll rethink.

Thx again for the tracking info Analyzer.

The real run has been Nino Browns "Tenn Under", at 9 straight.

But a guy could have done real well fading Texas 1h, and playing them 2nd half. Just since the start of the big 12 conference play, you'd have gone 14-4 ATS.
